Online and video sessions require the client to have an appropriate internet connection, compatible device, and private location when necessary.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients are asked to provide adequate notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment.
Cancellation, rescheduling, late-arrival, no-show, deposit, and refund requirements are governed by the Heartistic Soul Cancellation & Refund Policy in effect at the time of booking.
Payments & Refunds
