Holistic Healing Therapies
At Heartistic Soul, Barbara uses a variety of therapeutic, integrative, and spiritual alternative therapies and sessions that can be applied to each individual according to your needs. The goal with every client is to help shift perspectives to a more consciously aware one. These therapies include:
Entura Art is a fascinating and intriguing form of art that seamlessly blends spirituality, intuition, and creativity. Each piece is created intuitively and uniquely for you, allowing colours, shapes, symbols, and imagery to emerge naturally throughout the process. The result is a deeply personal work of art that reflects the energy, impressions, and intuitive messages present at the time of its creation.
Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on treatment that uses very light touch to perceive rhythmic pulsations around the head, spine, sacrum and other soft tissue stations within the body. The practitioner works to release restrictions that may be interfering with the system's optimal function. with the intention of supporting the central nervous system's natural ability to self-correct and return to a more restorative, calm and balanced state of being.
Therapeutic Astrology Readings are a reflective approach to astrology that uses your birth chart as a tool for deeper self-understanding, personal awareness, and meaningful growth. Your birth chart can reveal patterns connected to your emotions, relationships, communication style, personal strengths, challenges, and the ways you naturally move through different areas of life.
